Please review all rules that govern this organization.

Rules for the Noxubee Titans Youth Football Program:

1.    Eligibility:

  • Participants must be between the ages of 5 to 12 to enroll in the program.

  • All players, coaches, and volunteers must adhere to the program's code of conduct and safety guidelines.

 

2.    Code of Conduct:

  • Respect all participants, coaches, officials, and spectators at all times.

  • Display good sportsmanship, fair play, and behavior during practices, games, school, and events.

  • Follow instructions from coaches and program officials.

 

3.    Safety Regulations:

  • Participants must wear appropriate safety gear during practices and games.

  • Coaches should prioritize player safety and well-being at all times.

  • Emergency action plans must be in place for any injuries or medical emergencies.

  • All volunteers must be approved by the board of directors before providing volunteer services.

  • All volunteers are required to obtain a background check before being allowed to volunteer with the organization. (fees are paid by the volunteer)

 

4.    Attendance and Commitment:

  • Regular attendance at practices and games is essential for player development. Athletes (football & cheer) who do not attend practices will not be allowed to dress out on game day.

  • Parents or Guardians are NOT allowed inside the practice zones during practices or on the field at any time on game days.

  • Participants are expected to notify coaches in advance if they cannot attend a scheduled event.

5.    Prohibited Items:

  • Coolers and handbags are NOT permitted inside the gate on game day. The organization will provide hydration products for the Titan teams and cheer squads. Small CLEAR handbags are allowed but are subject to search by security. Click here to review the clear bag policy. An exception to this rule is made for the visiting football team and cheer squad.

  • Vendors will be available for parents to purchase food & beverages.

  • No Alcoholic Beverages are allowed during practice or during games.

  • No smoking is allowed during practice or during games.

 

6.    Respect for Facilities:

  • Maintain cleanliness and respect for practice fields, game venues, and equipment.

  • Report any damages or safety concerns to program officials immediately.

 

7.    Discipline and Behavior:

  • Any violations of program rules or code of conduct may result in disciplinary action, including suspension or expulsion from the program.

  • Respect the decisions of coaches, officials, and program administrators.

  • Bullying is NOT tolerated by any parent or player; 1st offense of bullying is grounds for immediate expulsion from the program.

 

8.    Parental Involvement:

  • Parents are encouraged to support their child's participation in the program by attending games and providing positive reinforcement.

  • Communicate with coaches and program officials respectfully and constructively.

  • Parents should NOT enter the practice area for any reason during practices. Parents are NOT permitted in the team zone during game days.

  • Parents CANNOT have any verbal or physical communication with game day officials. Violating this rule is grounds for immediate expulsion from the game or practice.

 

9.    Financial Obligations:

  • Payment of registration fees by the specified deadlines is mandatory for participation in the program.

  • Any outstanding fees or financial obligations must be settled promptly to maintain program eligibility.

 

10.    Fundraisers:

  • All parents MUST participate in at least 2 mandatory fundraisers each year.

 

11.  Social Media and Communication:

  • Participants and their families should be mindful of their online presence and interactions, especially regarding program-related content.

  • Official program communication channels should be used for important announcements and updates.

  • Parents or players who utilize social media to display vulgar language, violence, or any other postings deemed inappropriate by the administrators of the organization will be immediately dismissed from the organization without a refund. If a parent violates the social media rules, the child and the parent will be dismissed. (We are a prestigious organization, and all members are held to the highest standard)

 

12.  Uniform:

  • Parents are responsible for purchasing cleats for their children. (Not included with registration) (Football)

  • Cleats must be worn during practice and during game day play. (Football)

  • Full uniform must be worn on game day. Players with no uniform or missing pieces will NOT be allowed to participate on game day. (Football & Cheer)

  • Parents are responsible for the purchase of shoes and accessories. (not included in registration fee) (Cheer)

 

13.  Transportation:

  • Parents are responsible for getting their children to and from practices and games.

  • Parents are only allowed a 10-minute grace period for picking up their children after practice on practice days and game days.

  • The player is only allowed 2 late pickups before being dismissed from the organization without a refund. (Football & Cheer)

 

14.  Dispute Resolution:

  • Any disputes or concerns should be addressed through the designated chain of command within the program, starting with the coaching staff and escalating to program administrators if necessary.

  • Respectful communication and conflict resolution should be prioritized in handling disagreements or misunderstandings.

 

By establishing clear and comprehensive rules for the Noxubee Titans Youth Football Program, participants, coaches, and families can ensure a positive and structured environment that promotes sportsmanship, skill development, and character building among the young athletes involved.
